  • Inovex retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and reusable components developed independently
  • Third-party libraries, plugins, and open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses
  • Inovex reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place

10. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Commitments

For clients under active maintenance or hosting agreements, Inovex commits to the following service levels:

  • Uptime Guarantee: 99.5% uptime for hosted services, excluding scheduled maintenance windows
  • Response Time: Critical issues acknowledged within 2 hours during business hours; non-critical within 24 hours
  • Resolution Time: Best-effort resolution within 24 hours for critical issues; 72 hours for standard requests
  • Escalation: Clear escalation procedures with designated points of contact for unresolved issues
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Planned downtime communicated at least 48 hours in advance
